The total delivery time includes two stages: preparation + shipping.
1) Order Preparation
Most of your orders are carefully and lovingly prepared in our workshop within 1 to 2 business days.
As these are handmade jewelry items, some specific pieces may occasionally require a slight additional delay (2 to 3 days) to ensure a perfect finish before shipping.
2) Estimated Shipping Times (after dispatch)

For orders under €39, a shipping fee of €4.99 applies.

Address Modification
We can modify your delivery information as long as the package is still in our workshop.
Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, no modification is unfortunately possible.
✅ Remember to double-check your address before confirming: any delivery difficulties related to an address error will be the customer's responsibility.
Unclaimed or Returned Orders
We are not responsible for packages returned due to refusal, non-claim, or incorrect or incomplete address information.
Please ensure your information is accurate to guarantee a smooth delivery.
Theft After Delivery
Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for any potential theft (mailbox, building lobby, etc.).
For added security, we recommend that you:
