Comment mesurer votre poignet ?

Enroulez un mètre-ruban souple autour de votre poignet, juste sous l’os, sans trop serrer.
Pas de mètre-ruban ? Utilisez un fil, puis mesurez-le avec une règle.
Reportez votre mesure dans le tableau. Pour un porté plus souple, choisissez la taille au-dessus.

Entre deux tailles ?

Privilégiez la taille supérieure pour plus de confort. Par exemple, pour un poignet de 15,5 cm, choisissez S (16 cm).
