🔄 Exchanges
Would you like to change the size, color, or model?
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at the following address: info@idyllseason.com.
Our team will be happy to guide you through each step of the exchange process (subject to availability of the desired product).
📦 Return Terms and Conditions
Before any return, please contact us by email to obtain our agreement and the necessary instructions. To facilitate processing, please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Your feedback is valuable in helping us improve.
For a return to be accepted, the item must strictly meet these conditions:

Must be new, unworn, and unused.

Must be returned in its original condition, with its protective packaging.

A request must be made within 30 days of receipt.
✅ A quick reminder: Any damaged, worn, used, or incomplete item returned cannot unfortunately be refunded.
Note: Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
🚫 Non-eligible items for return
For quality and personalization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Items damaged due to misuse.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and carefully validated by our workshop, the refund will be processed via your original payment method within a maximum of 5 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once the transaction has been processed.

If you receive a defective item or if your order contains an error, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us promptly at info@idyllseason.com.
We will do our best to offer you an immediate solution at no extra cost: replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
